How we started
Freezecakes was an initial idea by Joe Moruzzi CEO of Pleesecakes, an artisan cheesecake manufacturer
Freezecakes originated on 29th March 2017, with a simple concept of making a caramel "choc-ice" style dessert, using cream cheese instead of ice cream. Since then we have laboured over every aspect, ensuring the finished product was as creamy and as delicious as one of our Pleesecakes.
Fast forward 3 years and the concept was finalised launching with three of our favourite flavours; Chocolate, Butterscotch & Caramel and Lemon & Raspberry.

Freezecakes Ltd offers products made with nuts, soy, milk, eggs & wheat. Whilst we take every precaution to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with nut, soy, milk, egg, wheat or gluten allergies or intolerance's
Best stored between -20C and -18C.
Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before consumption.
Once fully defrosted do not refreeze
All deliveries will be made via DHL, which is booked by logistics company Chillistick
Due to the sensitive nature of our product orders cannot be delayed, left in a safe place or left with a neighbour.
Orders must be signed for and placed straight into the freezer.

Frozen caramel cheesecake, with
double chocolate biscuit, crunchy butterscotch nibs, gooey butterscotch pockets & topped with caramel chocolate and fudge pieces
Cream cheese 28% fat, single cream, caster sugar, egg yolks, gelatine (pork), caramel: double cream, caster sugar. Chocolate crumble: plain flour, cocoa powder, light brown sugar, salted butter.
